If you wish to exchange or return your purchased item(s) for whatever reason, you must return them in their original condition within 90 days of your invoice date. You’ll just need the receipt, order confirmation, or sales invoice and we will exchange the product or issue a refund.
We are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that have been cut to size, made to measure or special ordered for you. If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, replacement, refund or repair as appropriate.
If you would like us to us to collect your item(s) please call us on 0117 9674382 or email us at email@example.com to arrange collection. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage or haulage. Our collection service is charged at the same rates as our delivery service.
Once the goods have arrived back at our yard, we will call you to process the refund for the goods, minus the collection charge.
Alternatively, you can return item(s) to our yard, as detailed above. You must bring your order confirmation email or sales invoice, you will also need to bring the credit or debit card used to make the original payment for the item(s) or a refund may be declined.
