This adjustable gate hanger has a 19mm pin and is galvanised for corrosion resistance. Typically used for fitting pairs of wooden five bar gates to timber gate posts, the adjustable hook length enables the fitter to easily make sure that the gates line up perfectly in the middle. The 100x100mm fixing plate has four holes for screws or bolts.

This 19mm hook to drive is normally used for fitting the bottom part of a standard field gate hinge to a timber gate post. The 19x19x175mm square spike is designed to be driven in with a club/ sledge hammer. This enables the fitter to easily adjust the length of the hook in order to make the gate plumb. A pilot hole must be drilled to avoid splitting the post. Galvanised to prevent rust.

This hook to screw has a 19mm pin to fit a standard field gate hinge, to a timber gate post. The pin has a hole at the top to fit a small bolt to stop the gate being lifted off the hinge. The 18x190mm screw thread enables the fitter to easily adjust the length of the hook in order to make the gate plumb, which is ideal if re-using old posts that have moved over time. Estate Gates can be made to order with special height & widths typically taking 3 - 4 weeks. If you intend to automate the gate, a reinforced bottom rail can be supplied for added strength and rigidity.

Estate gates are handed - L/H means that the gate is hung on the left hand side (as you look in from the outside of the property).
