A pair of heavy-duty gate hinges suitable for hanging gates, shed doors etc. Cups are fitted to the top & bottom of the hinge pivot, which secures the gate firmly in position and prevents the gate from being lifted or removed. Galvanised finish for long service life. Fixings are sold separately, contact us if you would like to add fixings to your order.

Hand-forged by master craftsmen using traditional methods to achieve a unique product made to the highest standards.

These T Hinges have a ‘penny shaped’ round end and is one of our most popular choices for hanging ledged and braced/plank doors.

They are hot forged i.e. drawn to shape, not welded or fabricated and with the knuckle being fashioned in the traditional way it makes for a very strong product.

The traditional way of choosing a hinge size means it should reach two thirds of the way across the door but providing it reaches at least half way across it should carry the weight of most doors with no problems. For especially heavy doors a third hinge can be used (three on one door).

Sold as a set and supplied with necessary fixing screws.

Available painted black or hot dip galvanised to ensure resistance to corrosion & rust, these hook & band hinges are ideal for hanging heavy duty gates & doors.
The crank allows the gate to sit flush with the post if hanging on the front or the back of the post.

As a general rule we recommend using hinges that cover half the width of the gate/door.

Galvanised for durability, these heavy duty twisted ring latches that can be operated from both sides. Suitable for gates & doors up to 100mm thick (thinner gates will require the spindle to be cut down).

This is a good solid lock ideal for use on gates and shed doors, especially thicker doors that require larger clearance gaps.
The Key-Key version of the long throw lock is key operated from both sides while the Key-Spring version has a push button on the inside which allows the bolt to slide across without the use of the key.
The action of turning the key slides the 18 x 18mm square bolt horizontally to lock and unlock.
